You can buy credits on the web at amoru.ai/app/wallet (secure Stripe checkout with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) or in the iOS app via Apple In-App Purchases. Both go to the same account. We offer one-time credit packs (100, 250, 700, 2000 credits) and subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) that provide recurring credits.
No. Subscription credits reset each billing period. Unused subscription credits do not carry over to the next period. One-time credit pack purchases are permanent and stay in your account until used.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Amoru, then tap Cancel. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
For purchases made in the iOS app, refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For purchases made on the web, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your request — web payments are processed by Stripe.
AI creators are virtual characters powered by artificial intelligence. They can chat with you, send photos, and create personalized content. They are not real people.
Text messages cost 1 credit. Unlocking images costs 10 credits (18 for premium content). Videos cost 20 credits. Monthly creator subscriptions cost 40 credits and may include access to subscription-only content.
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit and encrypted storage for sensitive data. We never store your payment information — all purchases go through Apple's secure payment system.
You can delete your account from the app settings. Your profile data will be removed within 30 days. Remember to cancel any active subscriptions through Apple before deleting your account.
